After my tenure in the United States Marine Corp I continued further government service at the U.S. State Department in Washington DC., US Department of Agriculture, and finally the United States Federal Protective Service. After leaving the government I entered the field of Real Estate as a residential real estate agent evolving into real estate investing, buying and rehabbing residential properties and finally residential real estate development i.e., residential vertical construction.....ground up. I worked as the President of a very large Real Estate Membership Organization, providing real estate consulting and national training to its membership base. After the 2008-2010 market crashes I stepped back for a few years to regroup, pursuing something that is really dear to my heart, environmental concerns through renewable energy and helping small businesses grow through the use of innovative and technological A.I. development.

I now have refocused my real estate expertise into helping other buddin real estate entrepreneurs cut their teeth in the awesome arena of real estate investing by teaching through a nuts and bolts methodology i.e., O.J.T.. We also provide access to the capital needed to build true real estate wealth.
